Delicate Handicrafts
Due to the fragile nature of hand-carved wood and copper artifacts, returns are only accepted for items damaged during transit. Please record an unboxing video to validate claims within 48 hours of delivery.
Textiles & Spices
Clothing and non-perishable food items can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Regional spices and heritage foods are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping
